MORUKURU FAMILY MADIKWE, Madikwe Game Reserve - South Africa

Renowned for its exceptional biodiversity, South Africa's Madikwe Game Reserve is one of the world's most popular safari destinations. Situated 4 hours' drive or 1 hour's flight north of Johannesburg, this retreat, which has several times been named one of the world's most beautiful hotels, is located in a private section of this natural sanctuary. For the first time, a sailing yacht has joined the Relais & Châteaux collection of the world's finest travel destinations. With a history dating back to 1991, the Ponant is the company's flagship. Thanks to its intimate size, the yacht offers exclusive ports of call that only a privileged few have had the chance to discover. All the while respecting local territories and communities. Aboard an 88m-long Green Marine and Cleanship-certified vessel, enjoy a unique and confidential travel experience. FYN RESTAURANT, Cape Town - South Africa

Located on the top floor of a 19th-century silk factory, FYN Restaurant has been dominating African gastronomy since it opened in 2018 in the historic heart of Cape Town. On the World's 50 Best list for three consecutive years, Fyn Restaurant also won the Flor de Caña Award for Best Sustainable Restaurant and Best Restaurant in Africa. A member of the Relais & Châteaux World Culinary Council, founder Peter Tempelhoff and his team combine the exuberance of Africa with Japanese refinement. In this restaurant, the wild freedom of South Africa is tempered by the rigours of contemporary cuisine to create a state-of-the-art restaurant. Including pescetarian, vegetarian and vegan menus, the kaiseki-style creativity focuses on seasonal, local and sustainably farmed ingredients. The wine list is just as exceptional, showcasing old and rare South African vintages, all in a warm, modern setting with the added bonus of an open kitchen that encourages interaction between chefs and diners.




SAGA, New York - United States

Located at the top of 70 Pine Street, a landmark Art Deco building in the Financial District, SAGA is a New York gourmet restaurant that offers European cuisine with inspiration from around the world. With a 360° panoramic view, three large terraces and a private solarium, SAGA offers an experience that will delight your senses in a multi-storey space that is unlike any other, inside or out. The cosmopolitan cuisine, which boasts 2 stars in the 2022 Michelin guide, is perfectly suited to an urban, refined and friendly atmosphere. Chef James Kent's 7-course menu is followed during the week by a 4-course 'short story' version, inspired by his childhood memories and travels to the four corners of the world. On the 63rd floor, the main dining room awaits you, with the majestic skyscrapers on the horizon. On the 64th floor, a cocktail bar ranked 34th among the world's best bars in 2023 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants opens its doors to you. Two floors have been reserved for private events.




ELIAMOS VILLAS HOTEL & SPA, Kefalonia - Greece

Overlooking a secluded beach on the south coast of the island of Kefalonia, Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa is an enchanted interlude and a peaceful retreat. It has become one of the city's most coveted restaurants, and was awarded 2 stars in the 2023 Michelin Guide. Immerse yourself in a gastronomic experience combining technique and sensibility, inspired by the flavours of Asia and the Mediterranean, where the menus of American chef Michael Cimarusti sublimate the products of the sea, mainly from the Californian coast. The restaurant, with its hushed decor and tones evoking the abyss and warm sand, will immerse you in an experience that will delight your senses.




LISS ARD ESTATE, West Cork - Ireland

On the south coast of West Cork, Liss Ard Estate embodies the charm and enchantment of the Irish countryside. Set in 66 hectares of lush, leafy grounds, this elegant Gregorian manor house is a landmark of beauty. Liss Ard Estate offers bright, modern country-style accommodation in three buildings, each with its own unique character. Its award-winning restaurant, Garden at Liss Ard Estate, offers a menu made up mainly of local produce: the vegetables are grown in the estate's organic kitchen garden, combining perfectly with the meat and fish supplied by local producers, for a farm-to-table culinary experience. ESPLANADE Saarbrücken, Saarbrücken - Germany

Situated between Germany, France and Luxembourg, ESPLAMADE Saarbrucken is located on Max-Ophüls-Platz at the entrance to the trendy Nauwieser Viertel district, Saarbrucken's cultural centre. Formerly a school built around 1890, this listed detached house is now an elegant retreat, combining stylish comfort, elegant and timeless interior design and creative cuisine. The upmarket interior is in the mid-century style, with clean lines, noble and sensual materials, refined fabrics and plenty of light and colour. The restaurant, which has been awarded 2 stars in the 2023 Michelin guide, offers classic French haute cuisine interpreted in a modern way, with Mediterranean and Japanese influences and a focus on seasonal and local produce. Chef Silio del Fabro offers an evolving à la carte menu with 5, 6 or 6-course gastronomic dishes. Among the 600 prestigious wines on the menu, French sommelier Jérôme Pourchère highlights little-known German vintages. The interior features 16 rooms in a timeless style that blends respectfully and harmoniously with the architecture of the period, while at the same time emphasising it with a precise balance of lines and surfaces, refined natural surfaces and accents of light and dark colours.
 



THE KITANO HOTEL TOKYO, Tokyo - Japan

PIEVE ALDINA, Radda in Chianti - Italy

Situated in the heart of Chianti, on the Chiantigiana, the wine route that links Siena to Florence, Pieve Aldina is a hotel with a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the charm of Tuscany. Surrounded by vineyards, cypress trees and forty hectares of olive groves, its various buildings reflect the characteristics of Tuscan architecture, with thick exterior walls, tiled roofs, solid wooden frames, brick or granite stone window frames, magnificent stone porticoes and airy courtyards. Dating back to the 11th century, the main building once served as the summer residence of the bishops of Siena, and the Romanesque church bear witness to the area's religious past. Divided between 3 buildings, the hotel offers spacious rooms and suites with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. On the restaurant side, chef Flavio Faedi's cuisine is inspired by the traditional, humble and tasty roots of Tuscany.
